Classic Soul Food in Illinois
Peedy & Beedy's, LLC is a family-run food truck in Illinois serving grilled soul-food comfort dishes and outdoor catering services. Our story started with Lawanda cooking weekly plates at home for neighbors and local businesses, then grew into a mobile truck in 2020. Those same family recipes still guide every rib tip, pot of greens, and pan of baked macaroni we cook, so each plate feels like Sunday dinner.
Grilled With Tradition
We built our menu around all things grilled, rib tips, jerk chicken, hotdogs, hamburgers, jerk turkey, and more, kissed by real BBQ smoke. Homemade sides like red beans with rice, cabbage, greens, baked macaroni, coleslaw, and potato salad round every plate out, with banana pudding sweetening the finish. Families, kids, and event guests taste food that is cooked with care, not pulled from a freezer.
